First-class racing kit with 50 cc displacement, suitable for your Puch Maxi S / N, X30 Sport NS / NL, X30 Sport NG-2A or Supermaxi moped, moped.
The 38 mm tuning cylinder has a large intake and exhaust as well as optimized timing. In combination with a 15 mm carburettor, this allows significantly more power to be achieved than with the original cylinder.
Compared to other products on the market, the sealing surface in the exhaust area has been enlarged and refreshed. This also makes it possible to fit a 28 mm exhaust manifold, which significantly increases performance even further.
Otherwise, the racing cylinder is virtually indistinguishable from the original. The cast-in «CH12» and the original-style cooling fins ensure an unobtrusive appearance and provide reliable protection from prying eyes, especially from the race organizers.
In addition to the cylinder, the scope of delivery also includes the complete piston kit, all gaskets, the stud bolts and detailed assembly instructions. If you would like to have the complete set, select this in the selection field to also receive the matching cylinder head.
Note:
This racing kit should be run with at least a 22 mm exhaust (2-bend) or 22 mm manifold so that the exhaust gases can also be removed and no heat build-up occurs. Please observe the installation direction when assembling. The piston is inserted with the arrow pointing towards the outlet on the exhaust side.
