Steel drilling jig, designed to fit the repair tab on the fan cover of your Puch X30 Velux moped with an EX30 (Z50) engine.
Installation procedure
: - Place the drilling jig in position and secure it with locking pliers or a small screw clamp
- Pre-drill the hole with a 3 mm drill bit,
remove the template—enlarge the hole to 4 mm
—
deburr the hole on both sides with a countersink—screw on the bracket (item 33323 in the accessories) and
use threadlocker as needed—reinstall the fan cover as usual
