Description

Converter unit with 100 mm pulleys without bell housing, suitable for your Piaggio Ciao (with adaptations), Si, Bravo and Boxer with variomatic drive.

Please note the following information:

  • Pulley: Ø 100 mm, for mounting on a Piaggio Ciao, the pulley must be replaced or turned down to approx. 96 mm.
  • The locking plate for the nut on the back of the pulleys should be bent over
    • .
  • If you have problems starting the moped, it is worth rubbing the collar of the torque converter with a little thinner to remove the protective coating (this can settle on the starting pads).
  • Check whether the torque converter is rubbing against the gearbox cover. If this is the case, replace the shim inside if necessary.
